This was a great place to stay the night when exploring th Paiute Trail! The grass was super comfy to sleep on, no rocks under my sleeping bag. The owner was also very willing to work with us and our budget so we could rent the four wheelers for a little excursion up the mountains.
We love this place! It is our go to when we visit Marysvale in the summer. The owners are on site, and really great to stay with. They are extremely accommodating and very friendly. The large grassy area next to the park makes you feel like you are not staying at an rv park, but at an oasis in the middle of the mountains.
Super friendly staff, always willing to help. Everything you need to make lifelong memories are right here. Literally right next to the Paiute Trail, super easy access. Don't hesitate to stay at the Rose Ranch, you won't be disappointed!
Both Nathan & Martin are just the best. Nathan took the time to give us several tips and gave advice on what trails to ride. Nathan is a nice guy and he acted interested in my long boring storys. The cabins are a bit small but nice and are in a good location.
While riding, we experienced some mechanical issues with a rented RZR from another company. We were able to make it back to our hotel. No fault to anyone but another machine was not available. We called Rose Ranch and not only did they have one, they asked where we were located and delivered it to us within the hour. When I asked where to return the machine, she said, "no problem. I'll just pick it back up tomorrow night at this same time." Wow!!!!
The park rents UTV's, they sell ice, and have a variety of maps for sale too. The location cant be beat either, its just a few minute drive to the local gas station and mini-mart for groceries or other camping needs.
